Danish Model 1867 rolling block military rifle 11.7 mm which in interchangeable with 45-70 Bore Exc minty, Mech Exc tight action. Wood is near Exc, Has a 35 ½” long Rd barrel with original sights, bayonet lug, ramrod and a couple crown proof markings and serial#50211 The receiver has the Danish marking and M-1867 on the left side. Metal overall has an aged blue brown patina finish on the barrel and a aged grey patina finish on the receiver with a small area of very fine pitting on the receiver left side. Has original sling swivels, buttplate , ramrod and barrel bands. Have shot thousands of rounds in these rolling block rifles. Great rifles NRA sold these rifles as 45-70’s in early 50’s

Has an original 33” Rd barrel with Original sights,Barrel bands, swivels , Markings and ramrod is correct but a repro. The Bolster has a large S stamped on it and the breech has a JFC with a P under . The lockplate is marked Windsor VT 1848 to the rear and Robbins and Lawrence US marked in the middle. Has a brass butplate, Patchbox, triggerguard, side plate and barrel bands with a patina finish. E Whitney Model 1841 Mississippi Percussion Rifle 60 cal ? smoothbore, Mech VG plus Wood VG has a chip between the hammer and top tang missing. Strong wood that fits well. Has a 33” Rd barrel with original sling swivels, sights and barrel bands. Ramrod looks correct with brass tip but has a repair. No markings and has fine pitting overall mainly in nipple area. The lockplate is marked E Whitney US in the middle and N Haven 1847 to the rear of the plate. Has the original brass patchbox, buttplate , side plate, triggerguard and barrel bands. The buttplate has the US marking. Metal overall has a dark aged brown patina finish.

Robbins & Lawrence US Model 1841 Mississippi Percussion Rifle 58cal Bore is poor traces of rifling, Mech VG, Wood VG plus no visible cartouche also has a piece of wood missing between the hammer and lockplate. The comb of the stock has been dished in or carved in to fit your cheek, excellent job and probably done by a soldier in the civil war. Has an original 33” Rd barrel with original sights bayonet lug dovetail and excellent inspector and proof markings. Overall metal has a dark aged patina finish with very little fine pitting. Has brass buttplate, patchbox, triggerguard, side plate and barrel bands. Has original sling swivels. This rifle has been upgraded for the civil war by adding the bayonet lug and the rear sight holes are there for the long range sight but now has a standard insert type sight. Lockplate has excellent markings and 1849 date.

Spencer Forager made for shooting spencer shot shells which they manufactured .Model 1865 Mech VG plus works well and has a complete magazine tube. Wood is real nice original wood with no cracks or chips. The barrel is 28” with bead front sight. The forearm is an original which has been reshaped for no barrel band with the band retainer removed and inlayed with wood , looks like arsenal or commercial work. Serial#12529. No markings other than the serial number . Metal overall has a dark aged patina finish with pitting and old surface rust in areas.

Colt Model 1862 Police Percussion Revolver 36 cal Bore near Exc, Mech Exc, tight crips action , Original grips VG plus has some notches on both sides. Has a 4 ½” Rd barrel with original front sight bead and excellent one line colt address markings. The cylinder has the patent Sept 10th 1850 marking in the flute. The frame has the colts patent marking on the left side of the frame and the 36 cal marking on the triggerguard bow. The brass has a old patina finish. Serial#16578 matching. Colt Brevete Model 1851 Navy Percussion Pistol (Cased ) 40 cal, Bore VG , Mech Exc, Original wood Grips near exc with 80% original varnish. Has a 7”Oct barrel with original front sight and marked Colt Brevete also the frame has English proof marking on the left side of the barrel. Serial#4874 Early square back triggerguard. The cylinder has a game scene of birds, Grouse I’d say. Metal overall has an aged grey patina finish with original blue finish in protected areas. Has a brass triggerguard and backstrap with some original blue finish. The wood case has age and wear with a repro flask, Oiler, Colt bullet mold, Screw driver and nipple wrench, percussion cap container and an reproduction ctg box. The box may be a colt made box or may be English. Shows good quality. The lining shows wear and use and may have been recovered .14 ½”x 10 ½” x 2 ½” The pistol is probably made in Belgium for the English Market.
